BON TEMPS, an exciting new modern California Brasserie by Chef Lincoln Carson and SproutLA, is seeking to fill a HOST/HOSTESS position to join our team!
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals that are interested in supporting a focused and quality-driven food, beverage, and service operation in a dynamic chef-driven restaurant in the Arts District of Los Angeles. Our restaurant focuses on pristine ingredients, outstanding presentation, and thoughtful service to deliver everyday opulence to each guest.
Versed in OpenTable and able to maintain a nice flow of seating for both guests and employees.
Maintaining a warm and welcoming environment for the guests at all times and ensuring the best dining experience.
Calling and confirming reservations.
Maintain the cleanliness and adequate stock of menus at all times.
Maintain the cleanliness of the Host station and front entry of the restaurant.
Helping with reservations for large parties.
Having and maintaining proper communication to all staff for special reservations, requests, etc.
Minimum 1 year experience in similar restaurant environment.
