Job Details
Prep cooks are the backbone of our operation. They are responsible for our production of ingredients in accordance with our brand processes and recipes. We expect our prep cooks to have some level of experience in the industry but we value scrappiness, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn above all else.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Prepping farm fresh vegetables, proteins, grains and house-made sauces.
- Serving as runner between FOH and BOH and supporting where needed.
- Managing flow of product in the restaurant from receiving, to production to service.
- Setting up and breaking down station(s).
- Maintaining an immaculately clean and organized station at all times
- An awareness of the pace of service and excellent communication/teamwork skills.

Compensation details

bonus if you have a NYC food handler's permit
