Fork Restaurant - an institution in Philadelphia's dining scene for over twenty years – is seeking motivated hospitality professionals looking to take the next step in their careers.  We’re seeking an expeditor for a busy fall season as we welcome new Executive Chef Jeremy Hansen – a James Beard award semifinalist Best Chef Northwest.   

Fork, a semi-finalist James Beard Foundation Outstanding Restaurant, has always been commitment to local farms, purveyors, and environmental sustainability.  For our guests, delivering a tailored dining experience - defined by warm and welcoming service - lies at the heart of everything we do.  As we work together, mutual respect and constant learning drive our team mentality.          

The expeditor is responsible for managing the flow of communication between the front of house and the back of house.  The expo is expected to proactively anticipate and manage the flow of service through careful oversight of the pass and the dining room.  Critical skills for this position include: effective communication, attention to detail, and the ability to quickly distill critical information in a fast paced environment.
