We need 2 SOUS CHEFS to join our company at two different locations.
First need is in our casual yet upscale dining on the west side for a very strong EXECUTIVE SOUS CHEF. We are doing high volume but the food is much more refined than restaurants doing this much volume. The menu is focused on farmer’s market/seasonal items and changes with what’s available. You will have room for creativity as well. You must have a past working in high volume but upscale, soulful and “current” food. You will be overseeing a large staff so that is also a needed tool in your box. Working knowledge of ordering, scheduling, inventory etc. is a must. Offering up to $85K and bonus/benefits for the perfect chef that can grow with us.
Second need is for a SOUS CHEF for our more casual, American comfort food location near Pasadena. This is a working chefs position and you will be expected to work stations as part of your daily responsibilities. Creativity is welcome within the theme of the menu. Spanish is a plus but not necessary. Working knowledge of ordering and scheduling is a must as well. Offering up to $55k and bonus.
