Mirabelle is developing a culinary team that will push the boundaries of Food.

The position requires:
-experience in a fine dining restaurant.
-ability to follow precise directions quickly and efficiently
-Ability to read and execute detailed recipes quickly and efficiently
-a strong sense of urgency
-strong communication skills (written and verbal)
-ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and effectively organize, prioritize, and complete prep lists
-an eye for all the little details
-the highest level of standards
