Job Details
Looking for a strong Pastry Assistantat ** Michelin Acadia to help with production, plating, creating dishes, baking and overall management of a 2-3 person station. We're looking for someone aspiring to be a Pastry Chef and who can help creatively as well. Techniques and mindset should be Contemporary Classic, with some experience with savory and progressive desserts. Apply only if very serious about striving to be great and holding the highest standards. 

Compensation details

Paid vacation time 2x a year, health insurance and dental discounts, 401k, closed holidays except Thanksgiving and Easter
