Job Details
The Tsubaki team seeks full-time line cooks for both Tsubaki, a modern izakaya in Echo Park, and OTOTO, a new sake bar right next door.
Tsubaki offers a modern, LA interpretation of classic izakaya cuisine. and was recently honored with a Bib Gourmand from the Michelin Guide. As part of a small team, our cooks have the opportunity work closely with the chef, and be involved in every aspect of the menu. OTOTO's menu focuses on drinking snacks like kara-age (fried chicken), okonomiyaki, and oden.
The ideal candidates will have experience working as a cook in a full-service kitchen, and an interest in Japanese cuisine and culture. We offer lots of room to grow, and full medical benefits are available after 3 months of employment.
