Job Details

Continental Midtown is now seeking talented, passionate, and experienced PASTRY COOKS who are eager to learn, have a passion for food, and a sense of urgency.

Part-Time,

PASTRY COOK Requirements:
- Entry level position
- Will be plating desserts
- Availability of 2-3 nights/week
- Must have general pastry kitchen and production knowledge
- If still in culinary school we can accommodate the school schedule
- Responsible and timely
- Team player, willingness to take direction

A "cool" "variety of environments", from a "Mad Men"--style mezzanine with hanging chairs to an "impressive" rooftop lounge, keeps Stephen Starr's "three levels of fun" "popping" from midday to late-night (though the "helpful" staff is good at "getting you in and out"); the "vibrant" Eclectic menu doubles as "a trip across the continents", though some contend that the cocktails "take the cake."
