We are looking for a Line Cook III for La Mar by Gaston Acurio, with a minimum of 2 years culinary experience required. Incumbent must have excellent knife skills, food knowledge, as well as knowledge of proper sanitation practices. Candidate should also possess strong grill station skills, knowledge of proteins, food temperatures, butchery, and set-up/breakdown of station. ServSafe certification is a plus. A flexible schedule is required, including weekends, holidays, and evenings. This is a full-time position only.
The La Mar Cook will report directly to the La Mar Executive Chef.
