The Barista / Counter position will manage the coffee and bakery station, serving coffees, espresso drinks and baked items to to-go guests; as well as provide coffee beverages to seated guests in the dining room.
Barista / Counter Cashier will possess
• 1+ years metropolitan experience as a barista
• Passion for coffee and comprehensive knowledge of different coffee beverages and techniques
• Previous counter service and cashier experience in a high-end environment is preferred
• Experience with Aloha point of sale
• Knowledge of french pastry and baked goods
