Job Details

Job tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Assist in scheduling of hourly front of house employees
  • Assist Beverage Director in all related tasks
  • Manage opening and closing cash handling procedures
  • Supervise dining room floor and guest services
  • Communicate with chefs daily for menu updates
  • Assist in the training of new staff members
  • Assist in ordering of spirits, beer, etc.
  • Monitor inventory procedures and organize data
  • Successfully work as a team player in a dynamic team

Requirements:


  • 1+ years minimum of experience as a manager in a restaurant setting, preferably in fine dining
  • 1+ years minimum of experience in a bar focused role
  • A passion for beverage, food, and service
  • Attention to detail and solid organizational skills
  • Proficient oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task while maintaining great attention to detail
  • Be able to maintain composure under pressure
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with chefs and all other employees
  • Ability to adapt and make decisions quickly in a fast-paced environment
