Nestled in the vibrant Logan Circle neighborhood of Washington DC, our beautiful 260+ seat French brasserie restaurant LE DIPLOMATE, already acclaimed for its artisan breads (one well-known critic called it " the best bread in the city"), seeks an ARTISAN BREAD BAKER to join our accomplished team.
The ideal Bread Baker will possess 1-2 yrs experience in a production environment, knowledge of and experience working with levain and preferments like poolish. Should be able to construct a bread formula using bakers percentages, and have an understanding of DDT and how it's calculated.
