At Le Coucou, acclaimed restaurateur Stephen Starr and distinguished Chef, Daniel Rose, join forces to re-imagine traditional French fare in the elegant and luxurious 11 Howard Hotel.

Le Coucou is seeking talented and ambitious PASTRY COOKS Services Our chef is looking for passionate and tenaciouscooks, who are dedicated to their craft all while working on the line for one of the best restaurants in the nation.

Capable PASTRY Cooks Will Have:
-1+ years of experience in a notable kitchen / restaurant preferred
-Career-minded, punctual, reliable and desire to learn to move up in the ladder
-Intricate pastry plating experience is a major plus - precision and ability to work with multiple components are necessary
-Sense of urgency during day to day operation is a MUST
- Passion for French Cusine, pastry, and desserts is a plus!
