Hartstone Rochette is a boutique Executive Search company helping businesses in the Hospitality sector find the best talent.
One of my clients in the East Coast USA is looking to open a new, high quality, authentic French (Escoffier renaissance style if you will) restaurant and they are looking for a strong creative Chef de Cuisine to take on this project and work closely with the investors. 
Solid background in classical french cuisine. French language would be a plus but not necessary. 
Experience in oppenings would be a plus.
Able to manage a team of 20+ chefs. 
Possibility to evolve within the company as a Group Executive Chef – other projects are already discussed for next year.
