Opportunity: On The Line Hospitality is helping to source candidates for top restaurants in Chicago who are seeking talented and experienced line cooks, prep cooks, and sous chefs. 

These are some of our current openings 

• Line cook $14-$16 per hour Bucktown Fast Casual Asian Concept exp. 1-2yrs.
• Line cook $13-16 per hour New Location Chicago ave. Exp. 1 yr. min.
• Open Call!! “New Restaurant” former 1-star Michelin Chef. With benefits 
• Line Cook $18-$25 per hour!!! O’Hare exp. 2 yrs benefits 
• Line Cook $13-$16 an hour exp. 2 years Artisanal Grocer days only
• Prep Cook  Ability to work a variable schedule, including weekends.
• Cocinero/Cook $17 an hour full benefits after 90days
 
• Sous Chef Japanese high volume James Beard award winner
• Line cook $14-$16 1 star Michelin 
• Line cook $15 entry level multiple concepts in Chicago 
• Line Cook 1 year experience, Food & Wine best new chef 
• Line Cook open availability 1 year experience, large Boutique Hotel 
 
Sous Chefs  $55k-$75 multiple locations 

Wine Director $65k James Beard Award winning group

Exc. Chef $80-90k High Volume  Randolph Row
