Staff management of 20+ staff membersCash handling/ safe reconciliationOverseeing opening and closing dutiesInventory and cost managementConflict resolutionInterviewing and hiring staffManage staff trainingMaintain a thorough knowledge of our menu. A thorough understanding of cold-pressed juice, vegan/organic/gluten-free diets. Clear communication Positive attitude Multitasking Management experience in a high volume restaurant and/or Barista experience in a fast-paced cafe Upholding the highest standards of hospitality Leading guests through their experience at P.S. & Co. both in and out of the store
Requirements: Moderate to advanced knowledge of vegan, gluten free, kosher, and organic cuisine.Ability to work early mornings and/or late evenings.Ability to stay calm and collected under pressure.An understanding of basic restaurant management and administrative functions.Clear communicator with the ability to lead and facilitate.You understand the importance of FIFO. Extremely high attention to detail. Extremely self-motivated. Honest work ethic. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Fast learner. Highly organized. Reliability in transportation to Rittenhouse Square. The ability to spend long periods of time on your feet and lift up to 50 lbs of weight.
