We are seeking a pasta/salad line cook for our new Taproom.
The ideal candidate has experience making pastas and salads. We are looking for someone who is passionate about food and cooking and takes initiative with minimal direction. Experience in a fast-casual setting is a plus.
Responsibilities include: completing all prep, making salads, making pastas, completing opening duties and completing closing duties. In addition, you are responsible for the cleanliness of the space and must keep the kitchen and refrigeration space clean, organized and tidy. Must be able to follow a recipe/instructions, have strong knife skills, and a friendly attitude.
We are looking for someone with open availability including nights and weekends and a flexible schedule.
