Help launch Condesa, an exciting restaurant in a BRAND NEW  kitchen! Defined hospitality (Suraya, Pizzeria Beddia, and R&D Cocktail bar) is opening a modern Mexican restaurant in Philadelphia, that will focus on nixtimalizing and milling heirloom corn into masa for tortillas, pastries, desserts, etc... Also, we will be making Mexican style Chocolate in house from imported Mexican Cacao.

  • Learn everything from breakfast pastries/pan dulces to unique dessert techniques, ice creams, paletas, Mexican chocolate, and house-made organic masa
 
  • Observe and learn the process of opening a brand new restaurant
 
  • Work with a group of disciplined and talented Chefs while studying the history and depth of Mexican Cuisine in a vigorous and fun environment
  • Joining an award-winning restaurant group with opportunities for growth.
