As General Manager at Boqueria, you will be accountable for making sure that guests consistently receive the best possible experience and ensuring that the restaurant meets or exceeds its financial targets. You will head up an extraordinary service and management team, ensuring they are well-trained and consistently supported, and leading them through service. You will also be responsible for the restaurant's preparedness for daily service, and DOH inspection readiness.

ABOUT YOU:
• Extensive food and beverage knowledge
• At least three years of experience in a General Manager role for a high volume restaurant
• Sufficiently technically savvy to become proficient with key systems and IT infrastructure (OpenTable, Toast, Restaurant365, Avero)
• Food Handler’s Certification from the Department of Health
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and plan ahead
• Understand and support managing financial implications of operational decisions
• Strong leadership abilities (clear vision, active listening, assertive communication, empathetic and responsive)
