Job Details
L'ATELIER de Joel Robuchon seeks an enthusiastic and capable Server / Captain to join our exceptional team.
 
A Server at L'Atelier will be responsible for setting the stage for a dining experience unlike many others in Miami. Working very closely, sometimes side by side, with our culinary team, a L'Atelier Server is all knowing in regards to our menu, beverage, and wine offerings and is able to help our guests' customize a dining experience that is best suited to their tastes and preferences.
 
The ideal candidate will be energetic, enthusiastic, highly motivated and passionate about hospitality, food and beverage.
Experience working in 2 or 3 starred restaurants is preferred, but we seek teamwork, positivity, and open and flexible minded individuals above all. 
You must be able to communicate in clear English, but the ability to speak another language is a plus. 
We prefer to hire individuals that are able to work a flexible schedule. (including nights, weekends, and holidays)

L’ATELIER de Joël Robuchon Miami is the latest incarnation of legendary Chef Joël Robuchon’s groundbreaking concept, which first opened in Paris’ Saint-Germain neighborhood in 2003, followed by Tokyo the same year. Currently with 13 distinct locations around the world, each restaurant feels of-its-place, staying true to the original Parisian roots, while drawing inspiration from the surrounding city and neighborhood.

L’ATELIER’s name refers to a craftsman’s workshop, emphasizing Chef Joël Robuchon’s hallmark of elevating the simplest of dishes into something extraordinary using pristine ingredients, immaculate technique, and abundant creativity. The restaurant’s signature counter seating faces directly into the open kitchen, allowing for a dynamic interaction between chef and diner, and view into the creative process.
