Looking for some summer season food runners for new opening Acadia House Provisions! This will be a fast paced environment, with simple food that focuses on execution and local ingredients. Food runners should have basic knowledge of hospitality and service. There will be 1 week of training before we open to get everyone up to speed and on the same page. We'd be ope to part time employees as well. Please contact us here if interested. We can interview in Chicago, but will also be on the east coast periodically until the restaurant opens. The opening date is slated for June 21. We can assist with finding housing, but will not be able to provide for everyone.

Two-starred Michelin Chef of Acadia Restaurant in Chicago, Ryan McCaskey, will be opening his casual outpost in Stonington, Maine. The seasonal restaurant’s commitment to area farms will be featured on the menu, as well as hand crafted cocktails, local beers, and boutique wines. Opening late June 2019 until October 12th, this restaurant will be a seasonal operation.
