Job Details
Lidia's Italy located in the historic Freight House, owned & operated by James Beard & Emmy award winning chef, Lidia Bastianich & Tanya Bastianich.
We are currently seeking skilled line cooks with experience working Pasta & Saute Station(s) for both, AM and PM shifts. 
Desired applicant would possess;
Experience & knowledge of traditional Italian cuisine
High volume kitchen experience
Scratch cooking knowledge
Knife skills
Flexible availability, nights & weekends are required
Positive attitude
Willingness to learn & be cross trained on multiple stations
