In a part of the country where seasonal vegetables and deviled eggs are practically religion, Executive Chef Brian Horn marries masterful technique with a simple approach to bold, balanced flavor. Regulars love JCT.’s refined comfort food, like Fried Chicken, house-made Bacon Mac & Cheese, Deviled Eggs with country ham, and our famous Angry Mussels! The city-style upstairs bar serves up small plates, a raw bar and craft cocktails. It’s the kind of place guests can sit back and sip a drink outside while listening to curated live music.

JCT. Kitchen & Bar is seeking a diligent Steward/Prep Cook with southern roots!

Rooted in southern hospitality, JCT. Kitchen & Bar is seeking Stewards and Prep Cooks to diligently support the culinary team in an efficient manner during service. He/she must be able to maintain the integrity of the recipe and cleanliness of the kitchen while working in a fast-paced, exciting environment. Previous experience operating a dish machine in a high-volume restaurant is preferred. Become part of a dynamic, innovative, and heartfelt group of unique individuals.

Competitive pay - $10 to $13/hr. - based on experience and ability
