If you are eager to serve up “rebellious” and creative cocktails paired with the best fried chicken and fresh oysters, the La Lucha team is for you! The Bartender is responsible for creating classic and innovative cocktails on the menu from memory including a variety of bubbly wines, craft beers and essential stellar tequila and mezcal offerings. Our bartenders work closely with the rest of the staff to ensure bar product quality and a thorough understanding of all beverage products available, along with cocktail inspiration and history in order to tell our story to our guests.
