Properties include: Locanda Verde, The Dutch, Joe's Pub, The Library at The Public, Lafayette, Bar Primi, Little Park, Evening Bar, Westlight, Mister Dips, and Leuca all located in New York City, as well as The Dutch in Miami Beach and Rec Pier Chop House, The Cannon Room and Rye Street Tavern in Baltimore.
Essential Job Functions:
*Flexibility is a must.
*Ensure that everyone who calls to make a reservation is made to feel absolutely WELCOME.
*Be an ambassador of hospitality for all services.
*Foster and maintain positive guest relations at all times and resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
*Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day.
*Operate the OpenTable reservation system to ensure all information entered is accurate, complete and has been approved by management.
*Take, record and confirm restaurant reservations/cancellations in accordance with departmental standards.
*Must be able to work weekends.
*Interest in food & dining culture is a plus.
