We are actively looking for strong, experienced, ‘hands on’ hospitality driven managers to help lead our team and create positive experiences through service for all our guests. Managers will be expected to uphold F&B , financial, operational, and sanitation standards in a fast-paced and high-volume environment. 

This position requires someone with a great ‘can do’ attitude, proven leadership skills and strong communication abilities. Whilst experience in Japanese cuisine is not essential , a strong passion for food, wine and people is. 

As the restaurant will trade over breakfast, lunch and dinner, the role consists a mixture of morning and evening shifts.

Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
