VERSA an upscale casual dining venue located in the heart of the Garment District is seeking a Sous Chef to join our team of dedicated culinary professionals.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of related management experience in a high volume guest service environment placing a primary focus upon expediting, elevated levels of organizational and cleanliness skills and the ability to lead a team effectively.
In addition to being a strong team collaborator the ideal candidate will possess a passion for the culinary arts, knowledge of food and labor costing, menu development, and providing mentorship to all team members to further develop their competencies.
