The Bread Baker assists with overseeing/coordinating all aspects of bread production for our Main Dining Room and Private Dining. The position would require keeping with the company's standards of food quality, organization, and cleanliness with a focus on creating a unique and refined experience for the guest.
Ideal candidates possess a formal culinary education with a concentration in baking and 1-2 years of professional baking experience. Qualified applicants have strong leadership and organizational skills, along with a desire to create authentic and creative breadwork with Italian influence.
This position is excellent for someone who wants take a forward step in their hospitality career. Experience working in fine dining is not required, but intelligence, motivation, and a friendly, healthy, positive attitude certainly is!
