Job Details
Menton, Barbara Lynch’s Relais and Chateaux property in Boston's Fort Point neighborhood, is seeking and Executive Sous Chef. Above all, applicants will be passionate about food, food culture, and hospitality; eager students and patient educators; able to motivate and inspire a team of diverse individuals; and believe in leading by example. Ideal applicants will have prior kitchen managerial experience as well as exposure to costing, inventory, payroll, and scheduling. A minimum of two years relevant kitchen experience is required.
