We are seeking a full time Bartender to join our Bar team. Open for dinner 7 nights a week and lunch Monday - Friday, the Menton Bar has a chic six-seat bar and cocktail tables that can accommodate up to 20 guests. In the Bar, guests may choose from any of our dining room menus in addition to having our cocktail and wine programs at their disposal.
Ideal candidates will have detailed cocktail knowledge and a good base knowledge of wine regions and varietals. Experience in fine dining is preferred. This is a full time position (5 shifts a week, averaging 40 hours or more per week) offering competitive pay and great benefits.
