Sportello + B&G Oysters are seeking an eager hospitality and guest relations enthusiast for an Assistant Manager position. This individual will work service shifts at both Sportello and B&G Oysters and be an integral part of each FOH Management team. He/She is directly responsible for executing and maintaining our guest relation policies and training and scheduling the reservation and host team for both restaurants.
A minimum of one year restaurant experience in a like minded hospitality focused restaurant or restaurant group is required. Ideal candidates will convey empathy, warmth, and humility in all guest and co-worker interactions; find fulfillment in the happiness and success of others; will be capable of solving problems through creative and critical thinking, will be able to take criticism well; will possess great organizational and prioritization skills; will create positive, respectful, and effective relationships; and above all will be passionate about all aspects of hospitality and restaurant culture!
