The Fifty/50 Restaurant Group is looking for a General Manager for a casual restaurant. 

The Fifty/50 Restaurant Group was founded by Scott Weiner & Greg Mohr in 2008 and has become one of Chicago's fastest growing and most entrepreneurial groups. Anchored by restaurants all over Chicago, the group is planning to open many new concepts over the next three years, and we need more GREAT people to join and lead our management teams. 

Qualified candidates MUST possess:
-- at least 2 years of management experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting. 
-- experience with Aloha and Opentable. 
-- experienced in Microsoft Office programs. 
-- food and beverage knowledge. 
-- knowledge of beer and spirits. 
-- willing to work long extended hours and early morning
-- polished, professional, warm and hospitable 
-- prepared to run all operations including but not limited to: hiring and training FOH staff, daily financial procedures, repairs and maintenance, guest relations, execution of on and offsite special events, conducting inspired preshift meetings for staff, staff and management evaluations, maintaining established cost and sales goals
