B&G Oysters is seeking an eager hospitality and guest relations enthusiast for an Assistant Manager position. This individual will be an integral part of the FOH Management team. He or she is directly responsible for executing and maintaining our guest relation policies and training and scheduling the reservation and host team.
A minimum of one year restaurant experience in a like minded hospitality focused restaurant or restaurant group is required. Ideal candidates will convey empathy, warmth, and humility in all guest and co-worker interactions; find fulfillment in the happiness and success of others; will be capable of solving problems through creative and critical thinking, will be able to take criticism well; will possess great organizational and prioritization skills; will create positive, respectful, and effective relationships; and above all, will be passionate about all aspects of hospitality and restaurant culture!
