Quince, Chef Michael Tusk’s highly acclaimed San Francisco restaurant, seeks efficient, experienced, focused and passionate cooks.

Candidate must be a motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills, work well with others and possess a strong work ethic. Organization, cleanliness and time-management skills are required. 2-3 years fine-dining restaurant experience is preferred. 


The position entails daily mise-en-place, managing and executing a station during service, and practicing proper food storage and handling skills. 

Located in the historic neighborhood of Jackson Square, Quince is a Three star Michelin star restaurant that features California contemporary cuisine with seasonally-driven menus that change daily, with much of the produce coming directly from the restaurant’s own Farm located in nearby West Marin County.
