MOMOTARO, Chicago Magazine's Best New Restaurant of 2015 is looking for experienced, talented Sushi Cooks. This position is for professional sushi cooks looking to gain knowledge and experience in a fast-paced, creative atmosphere. We are looking for hard-working individuals who are enthusiastic to learn what it takes to work under Executive Chef Gene Kato and Sushi Chef Shigeru Kitano.
