MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: • Prepare the bar for service by completing sidework, including cleaning, stocking, and organizing • Maintain ice wells, garnishes, mixers, and stock levels • Empty bar trash receptacles, pull bar mats for washing, and maintain the cleanliness of bar • Lead the presentation of any food or beverage served at the bar • Input orders into the POS • Reconcile checks • Oversee all aspects of bar service, ensuing plate and glassware are cleared, beverages and utensils are refreshed, etc. • Properly execute all food and beverage orders • Make decisions that serve the best interest of the guests at all times • Advise managers of any complaints so that they can be resolved immediately • Monitor liquor consumption • Perform all other tasked deemed necessary by management • Connect with guests at every opportunity
