A Reservationist:
-
efficiently and accurately handles reservations, cancellations and a variety of inquiries received from guests or public and re-directs these inquiries to the restaurant staff as needed.

is responsible for maximizing bookings by delivering a warm & friendly, yet efficient, reservations service; our reservationists are meticulous at administration, ensuring that every detail of a customer’s reservation has been accurately recorded following established procedures while projecting courtesy and hospitality.
- 1 to 3 years experience working in restaurant of similar caliber
- Positive, "roll up your sleeves" attitude
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Energetic, keeps themselves and team members motivated.
- Good knowledge of Food and Beverage and strives to continue learning.
