Key Responsibilities include:

 The Private Dining and Special Events Manager directs and oversees all events at Quince as well as the catering operation of Quince Pacific Avenue (QPA), Tusk Events, and assists with events at both Cotogna and Verjus. This position presents further opportunity for career advancement through the opening of future QPA properties and their associated private dining spaces.

 The Private Dining and Special Events Manager will work extensively with the Director of Finance, General Manager, Chefs and Ownership to ensure that all events are executed to the requisite QPA standards and that the restaurant’s private dining departments operate in accordance with their established budgetary goals.

 The Private Dining and Special Events Manager is also responsible for the continued development of sales programs and business development activities to drive revenue and profitability for the department. As this is a senior management role, candidates must have a proven managerial track record and the ability to communicate seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders.

 Suitable candidates will have extensive experience with pre-event planning, event logistics and event execution. It is paramount that all candidates possess the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a highly organized and efficient manner as well as interface with both high profile and high net worth individuals and organizations.  Applicants should exhibit dynamic leadership qualities, a well-developed business acumen and a hospitable nature.
