Job Details

800 Degrees Woodfired Kitchen - 800 Degrees Woodfired Kitchen seeks an Executive Sous Chef to manage our Back of House operations, as well as, helping to oversee staff, management inventory, catering orders, etc. This is an active, hands-on cooking position that requires a combination of culinary skill and management experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • The Executive Sous Chef will support the brand with the execution of innovative menu items while maximizing quality and production efficiencies for 800 Degrees Woodfired Kitchen
  • Prior experience as an Executive Sous Chef or Sous Chef with the ability to cook in a high-volume operation (small batch cooking with the goal of feeding 500- customers/day
  • Experience working with a management team, specifically catering
  • Prior experience with high quality, local, heathy inspired cuisine and quick service restaurants is a plus
  • Supervisory, coaching, and staff development experience
  • Managing kitchen operations, ordering, assistance with scheduling, inventory control, COGS, health department compliance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (preferred)
  • 2-4 year culinary degree (preferred)
