The Captain is responsible for serving guests in a professional and welcoming manner to ensure total guest satisfaction. Captains must have a commanding presence in the dining room. The Captain must be knowledgeable and passionate about food, wine, and service standards. 2+ years experience as a captain in a fine dining restaurant is a must.
