Server - A Rake's Progress
James Beard award-winning chef Spike Gjerde and the team behind Woodberry Kitchen has opened a beautiful restaurant inside of the newly constructed Line Hotel DC in the Adams Morgan neighborhood. The focus will be on food and beverage offerings that represent the bounty of the Mid-Atlantic region, and service that welcomes in travelers and neighbors alike. We are seeking individuals who possess:
- A passion for world-class food, beverage, and service.
- The ability to guide guests through the menu, being knowledgeable of all offerings, including questions regarding the food, bar, and wine selections.
- A meticulous attention to detail regarding cleanliness, the mechanics of service, and in providing an engaging, knowledgeable, and well timed guest experience.
- A confident, warm persona, dedication to food and beverage sourced directly from the growers and producers of the Mid-Atlantic, and identification with empathetic service.
A Rakes Progress will rely on longstanding relationships with the growers of the Chesapeake to provide the ingredients that nourish and delight our guests. At our table, you join us in supporting thoughtful agriculture that respects the abundance and traditions of the region while helping to ensure its future. Our restaurant is strictly devoted to responsibly sourced local food and beverage from the Chesapeake region.
