Job Details
James Beard Nominee Joe Cicala is searching for a polished Front of House Manager with a passion for Italian cuisine, wines, and service for his new restaurant opening in the Divine Lorraine Hotel on North Broad St. Philadelphia.
As Manager you will be accountable for:
-Daily service operations of this 85 seat restaurant 
-Maintaining brand and service standards
-Building/developing/training/coaching an award winning service team
-Beverage P&L accountability
-Labor P&L accountability
-Sceduling staff
-Hiring and training staff
-Conflict resolution
-Reporting to Chef-Owners Joe and Angela Cicala
The ideal Manager has experience in a Michelin Star or James Beard Award Winning restaurant
Has a minimum of three years experience as a restaurant manager
Has experience in fine dining Italian restaurant
Speaks Italian (a plus, not required)
Has a keen eye for detail
Is a natural leader
Enjoys being hands-on
Has experience with table-side service such as cleaning fish, decanting wines, portioning etc.
Has career stability, will dedicate a minimum of 2 years to the restaurant
Has been a team member in a restaurant opening
