OPEN CALL: If you are interested in joining our team, please come to our open call interviews every Monday from 4pm-5pm at Maude’s Liquor Bar (840 W. Randolph Street, Chicago) OR Tuesday & Wednesday  from 12pm-1pm at Maude’s Liquor Bar (840 W. Randolph Street, Chicago) for a 5-15 minute interview with members of Hogsalt leadership. Bavette's Bar & Boeuf is hiring a Full-Time Bartender to join the team. The famed Chicago restaurant, owned by Brendan Sodikoff, is heralded as one of the top steakhouses in the country. The restaurant is part of Hogsalt Hospitality, which includes Au Cheval, Doughnut Vault, Gilt Bar, Green Street Smoked Meats, High Five Ramen, Maude’s Liquor Bar and 3 Greens Market.

Our ideal bartender would be someone friendly, hospitable, and smart. Looking for someone who can navigate a bustling environment with grace, and make good decisions on the fly. Experience with craft cocktails and high volume are a plus. Open availability is a requirement. 

Bavette’s Bar & Boeuf serves timeless steakhouse fare. Guests can indulge in seafood towers, richly flavorful ribeyes, classic side dishes and house made desserts, including chocolate cream and lemon meringue pies. Guests can also enjoy classic cocktails and a well-curated international wine list.
