OPEN CALL: If you are interested in joining our team, please come to our open call interviews every Monday from 4pm-5pm at Maude’s Liquor Bar (840 W. Randolph Street, Chicago) OR Tuesday & Wednesday  from 12pm-1pm at Maude’s Liquor Bar (840 W. Randolph Street, Chicago) for a 5-15 minute interview with members of Hogsalt leadership. Bavette's Bar & Boeuf is seeking a full-time Server to join their team!  The famed Chicago restaurant, owned by Brendan Sodikoff, is heralded as one of the top steakhouses in the country. The restaurant is part of Hogsalt Hospitality, run by Brendan Sodikoff, and includes Au Cheval, Bavette's, Doughnut Vault, Gilt Bar, High Five Ramen, Maude’s Liquor Bar and 3 Greens Market.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience working in high volume restaurant environment.
  • Extensive wine knowledge.
  • Genuine love of hospitality, exceptional food, modern drink, and exquisite style.
  • Passion for excellence, superior service standards, and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure with grace and ease.
  • Thrives in a teamwork-oriented position with exceptional customer service skills.
  • Must have open availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
