Recognized by Michelin Guide, Food & Wine, Bon Appetit, and the James Beard Foundation, The Dabney, is looking to add a Lead Host to its growing family.

Requirements include:
-- An enthusiasm for hospitality and desire to please
-- A positive attitude towards fellow employees and a love for working in a team environment
-- A close attention to detail
-- Flexible schedule. Must be able to work weekends and holidays
-- Previous fine dining experience preferred
-- Experience navigating dinner service using RESY or Open Table preferred

Duties/Responsibilities include:
-- Lead host team during nightly service
-- Oversee opening side work and ensure host stand preparedness
-- Maintain daily menu changes and website updates
-- Manage gift card inquiries and organization
-- Field special requests for nightly reservations

Our service style is refined but relaxed, with bare tables and exposed historic brick walls. We're looking for a host that embodies our vision of a dining experience that's unpretentious, delicious, and fun.
