Job Details
We are looking for someone who has experience working in and managing a kitchen.
Responsibilities include:
  • overseeing prep by answering, assisting and correcting team members
  • service such as preparing and plating food in a timely and organized fashion according to kitchen standards
  • reading, interpreting and assigning items on incoming tickets
  • keeping track of inventory. Noting when food items are low or are not looking good.
  • making sure team members are following the standards of our kitchen
  • maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • being mindful and aware that food is being prepared and served in a consistent and professional way
  • working as part of the team, and being open and willing to cover other kitchen roles when and as needed.
knowledge of vegan food is a bonus.
