The line cook will prepare meals according to the Store Manager’s standards.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating meal portions, cooking food (donuts and/or chicken) and keeping the work area sanitized.
The incumbent will have experience in the food service industry and is committed to impeccable food presentation and health & safety standards.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Cooking and preparing all menu items in accordance to the standards set by the Executive
- Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food on the line.
- Monitor product freshness and rotate out old product based on schedule created by the Head Chef.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
