Job Details

Bustling neighborhood restaurant in Adams Morgan seeks full and part-time bar and floor staff. Some experience in casual upscale dining is required; however, your attitude and desire to learn are more the primary requirement.

We seek:

--people who push themselves daily, priding themselves on performing at their utmost level;
--folks with exceptional observational skills and attentiveness to the guest; empathy and the desire to give service you would want to receive also helps;
--adult professionals who come to work to perform and not just do the bare minimum;
--team players who understand that sometimes every job is our job;
--reliable folks who enjoy a personal, family-like staff environment--but know when it's time to focus.
--people who take pride in what they do, and hold up their link of the chain that passes through the entire restaurant.

We do not seek:

1) the prima donnas, the tired and the jaded, or the dishonest;
2) applicants who expect money to fall into their laps;
3) candidates still struggling with alcohol or drug dependency.

If you feel that you have a strong work ethic and competitive drive, then perhaps we are the right fit for you. If the above requirements seem a bit stern, please know that we enjoy a good laugh and try to keep spirits light as well--when we know that our bases are covered.
