Bar Sotano, the newest venture from Rick and Lanie Bayless, is hiring a full time server.  Voted by the readers of The Chicago Tribune as the Best New Cocktail Bar, Bar Sotano looks to be the foremost agave spirits program in the country.  We specialize in mezcal and tequila cocktails and modern Mexican drinking snacks.  We've got something for everyone.
 
We are getting to our busy season and would love to add a new member to our team.  2 years experience in high volume restaurants is required.  Mexican food and agave spirits knowledge preferred, but we can teach an able candidate.  Comfortability selling craft cocktails a must.  Must have Thursday-Saturday availability.
