Job Details
We at Mordecai are looking to hire a full time pm line cook who is looking to take the next step up in their career. Looking for a cook with some experience in working hot line stations and wanting to move up to a Grill or Sautee position. We are looking to build a team here at Mordecai, and are looking for the right candidates to fulfill that role. Our hourly wages are competitive. This is a position for someone looking to grow in the culinary world in a kitchen that is state of the art under a Chef with 15 years experience in fine dining. 
What we are looking for in our cook:
- A want to learn and grow.
- A desire and drive to become a better chef
- Someone who has 2 years plus cooking experience
- A positive attitude, and can work with others. 
- Willing to deliver a quality product, made from scratch.
